If you've received your Tiny items and unfortunately they have been damaged in transit, please follow these steps in order for us to help you in the best way we can:
Inspect your Tiny items as soon as you can after receiving them, and let us know what's happened within 24 hrs by contacting us here
Please take a picture of the items damage and attach to your email, please also state which items and how many are affected.
You may be required to return the items along with the original packaging. It is of utmost importance that you keep the original packaging as without this your return will not be valid. We will respond to you with the best solution as soon as we can.
